The Business rooms are in the newer part the complex and are bigger than `Standard rooms', most having either sea or mountain views. Business rooms have double/double, double/single/single, queen/single, king only or a double/single bed configuration.
Superior rooms have recently been refurbished and have either sea or mountain views. Superior rooms have double/double, queen/single or king only bed configuration. All have large LCD televisions and free broadband access, some rooms have spa baths. All non-smoking.

Hotel Booking Clauses
Accommodation will not be confirmed until a valid credit card number and expiry date is provided or a deposit of one night's tariff is received. This will be forwarded to your requested hotel and will be held against your room account.
Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out. If accommodation deposits are not received before 11 October 2009 your room will be released back to the hotel. The Conference Administrator does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.
Accommodation reservations are not confirmed until payment is received
Deadline for accommodation bookings
The Conference Administrator has an obligation to return all unsold rooms to the hotels/apartments on 11 October 2009, therefore requests for accommodation bookings and rates reserved after that date cannot be guaranteed. The rates quoted are only valid for bookings made prior to 11 October 2009. Late bookings can be made through the Conference Administrator after 11 October 2009 but are subject to availability and credit card details are required to secure the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled please refer to the cancellation policy.
Any addition or amendment to accommodation requirements must be advised in writing to the Conference Administrator, not to the hotel direct
All cancellations must be in writing to the Conference Administrator and not to the Hotel direct.
No accommodation deposits will be refunded on or after 11 October 2009 (unless at the discretion of the hotel).
Cancellations made after 4 November 2009 (7 days before the Conference) will result in the hotel charging for the total number of room nights booked.
Early and Late Arrivals
If you are likely to arrive at your hotel after 6:00pm, please advise the Conference Managers, Convention Management Ltd. Otherwise it is possible that your room will be released and your deposit forfeited.
Please also note that for arrivals prior to check-in times listed, rooms cannot be guaranteed unless the previous night has also been reserved.
Hotel rooms will only be held until 6:00pm unless otherwise specified and either a deposit paid or a credit card number supplied to secure your reservation.
